We provide comprehensive legal services to help you effectively navigate the real estate industry, assisting with contract negotiation and review, due diligence, zoning and land use, title insurance, settlement, tax assessment appeals and more.
The following services can be offered at preferred vendor pricing, which results in a 5-10% reduction in our legal fees:
- Entity selection and formation
- General contract review and drafting
- Syndicated loans
- Capital Raising
- Purchase and sales agreements
- Leasing
- Section 1031 “like-kind” exchanges
- Zoning, land use and permits
- Appeals and litigation
In addition to our legal services, Barley Snyder operates a full-service title agency handling both commercial and residential settlements. The cost of title insurance is set by the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania (TIRBOP); therefore, the cost virtually remains the same regardless of what TIRBOP title insurance agency the borrower chooses. Our dedicated team of legal professionals have extensive experience with the title insurance process, and we can identify and resolve legal issues that may arise during title searches or closing.
